Saskatoon Community Youth Arts Programming (SCYAP) was established in 2001 to offer visual and graphic arts training and activities to youth at risk in the Saskatoon area at no cost; provide a safe, supportive space dedicated to the arts that welcomes and nurtures youth; and involve current and former program participants in collaborative visual arts activities with the larger community.
